Cancellation Policy:

1. Order Cancellation:

  • Customers can cancel their order before it is dispatched after placing it.

  • Cancellation requests made after the specified time frame may not be accommodated.

Return Policy:

1. Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Returns are accepted only in the case of damage, wrong product, or customer error.
  • Customers have to pay the charges of shipping and reverse shipping for product returns.

2. Return Process:

  • Contact our customer support team to initiate the return process. They will provide instructions.
  • Send the product to the address provided.

3. Inspection and Approval:

  • Returned items will undergo inspection upon receipt. Approved returns will be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Used items will not be eligible for refund.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are applicable for canceled orders within the allowed time frame and approved returns.
  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed once we receive the product.

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale/stockout during the purchase are not eligible for refunds or cancellations.
